Nurecover Refunds, Returns & Warranty (US)

At Nurecover, every product is crafted with care and designed to elevate your recovery experience. We take pride in delivering high-quality, hygienic, and durable wellness products that meet the standards of modern athletes and health-minded individuals.

Our policies are created to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with U.S. consumer-protection laws, while maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our premium recovery gear.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
This includes:

• Structural or seam defects on inflatable models
• Material or component faults affecting normal use or safety
  

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic imperfections
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification
• Products used for commercial, rental, or resale purposes

To initiate a claim, email support@nurecover.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. Once approved, we will repair or replace the affected item at no cost.

2. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Nurecover can only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
This ensures every customer receives a fresh, uncontaminated product that meets our quality standards.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All parts, manuals, and accessories must be included
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are not available once the order has shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damages & Defects

If your order arrives with a defect or damage that affects its performance, please contact us within 45 days of delivery. Our support team will assess the issue and provide a replacement or repair if it falls under warranty coverage.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered defects.

4. Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel, please email support@nurecover.com as soon as possible. Once your order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If a delivery is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, a partial refund may be issued, less shipping and return costs.

5. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace your order. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for reimbursement unless insured under our extended warranty coverage option.

6. Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights

Nurecover’s policies comply with U.S. federal and state consumer-protection laws, including the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312).
This Act allows businesses to define reasonable warranty and return terms, provided they are clearly disclosed and not misleading.

Under U.S. law, retailers are not required to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. By clearly stating our policy, Nurecover operates within lawful consumer-protection standards while ensuring every customer receives a product that is safe, hygienic, and brand-new.
